Phoenix Marketing Associates Brings Four New Marketing and PR Clients on Board

Scottsdale-based marketing and PR firm, PMA, brings on a variety of new clients including a grilled fish restaurant, ballroom dancing studio, a clothing company and an up-and-coming country music artist.

 

Phoenix, AZ—Phoenix Marketing Associates in Scottsdale signed four new clients in the final week of April. The company is excited to welcome Ahi Mahi Fish Grill, Arizona Ballroom Champions, Define Yourself Clothing and Shari Rowe.

PMA will be assisting Ahi Mahi with PR for its grand opening, a website, branding and a social media and online marketing campaign. The fast-casual restaurant will open in Scottsdale this summer.

Similarly to Ahi Mahi, PMA will also provide PR, a website, branding and a social media and online marketing campaign for the newly established, award-winning Arizona Ballroom Champions.

Define Yourself Clothing Company, a progressive menswear clothing line, sought out the help of PMA for assistance in corporate branding and messaging and will soon begin coordinating with the company to further establish its brand.

Most recently PMA met with Shari Rowe, a local country artist looking for PR and event coordinating for her upcoming album release party. The country singer is an Arizona native, describing her sound as country/rock with a touch of bluegrass.

Nashville Country Recording Artist and Arizona’s Own, Shari Rowe, to Host CD Release Party at Rustler’s Rooste in Phoenix

Shari Rowe CD Release Party with a food drive to benefit St. Mary’s Food Bank on May 22nd in the Crystal Barn at Rustler’s Rooste in Phoenix, AZ.

 

PHOENIX, AZ (May 7, 2015) – Shari Rowe, Nashville Country Recording Artist and Glendale, Arizona resident, is set for the release of her CD “Moonshine”, and will host a CD release party at Rustler’s Rooste on May 22nd.

 The night will open with a private meet and greet from 7 PM to 8 PM in the Crystal Barn at Rustler’s Rooste (8383 S 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85044). Doors will then open to the public at 8PM with Rob West performing an acoustic set. Shari and the band take the stage at 8:30 PM.

 The band asks that attendees bring non-perishable food items for donations for the St. Mary’s Food Bank throughout the evening.

 “Arizona’s rising country sweetheart Shari Rowe is ready to share her latest project with Lamon Records with fans everywhere. She’s been playing gigs steadily, appearing at charity events and along side such acts as Maddie and Tae and Big and Rich.  “Filming the video for ‘Moonshine’ was so fun,” said Shari. “I loved the 1920’s vibe, and the cast was having fun with that, too. It was kind of surreal watching it all unfold. I kept thinking back to when I first started writing the song, and now it’s the first single!  Hearing songs develop in the studio is something I always look forward to, but watching this song play out through a storyline- it took on a whole new life!”

 The video for “Moonshine” was filmed at Kimbro’s Pickin’ Parlor in Franklin and in Lebanon TN. Lamon Records expects to release the music video on May 26th.

  “Moonshine” will be available on iTunes, Amazon, and everywhere music is sold on May 26th, 2015. The title track can be heard on radio stations across the country as of April 27th.

Country singer-songwriter Shari Rowe has a heart for people, and family is one of her greatest values. Wife to fellow-musician Kevin Rowe and mom to 2 girls, she often performs at charity benefits and church events, and uses her life experiences to let listeners know they’re not alone. She is determined to give back what her biggest musical influences have given her: comfort, inspiration, and encouragement. The Arizona native signed with Lamon Records Nashville in 2014, and is ready to release her new EP and music video.

Born and raised in the southwest to a supportive, hardworking, blue-collar family, Shari began singing in grade school choirs and in church. They didn’t have much while she was growing up. Perhaps, she suspects, that’s what makes her music so relatable, and although she has dabbled in other genres, fans praise her country flare. Tips for Writing a Yelp Review

While Yelp filters are meant to screen out staged and disingenuous reviews, they often end up screening out some valuable insight from real customers. Because of this, we want to give you a few tips on how to write a useful review that will be visible to anyone who visits a review page:

 

 1.     Give the time and date: It’s important to note the time and date of your experience. If you had a terrible experience with a company years ago, it might not necessarily be relevant if the business has changed management, hired new staff, etc. Make sure to state this early on or even open with it.

2.     Tell your story: The most important purpose of a Yelp review is to inform others of your personal experience with a company. The best and most effective way to let others know how your encounter with a company went is to share your story from start to finish.

3.     Tell both sides: Many reviews go ignored because they are biased in one direction or the other. A good, fair review takes into account all aspects of the experience. If you felt your experience could have been better in some way, explain how!

4.     Ask yourself if you’d find it helpful: Bottom line, would you believe you? Think of the times you’ve read reviews online and how they were helpful to you. What about them made them helpful?

5.     Sum it all up: Describe your overall experience in a few short words, typically at or toward the end. This sounds challenging but it’s a good way to help readers gauge your overall satisfaction with a company.
