Scottsdale – The Feast of Fortune Menu offers traditional Asian dishes with a flair alongside expertly handcrafted cocktails celebrating Chinese New Year.

The New Year for many around the world has already passed, but Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill is ready to serve this year’s special Chinese New Year selections. This year, The Year of the Rooster, is believed that for ancestors who had no alarm clocks, it could awaken people to get up and start to work and represents punctuality and fidelity. The carefully chosen dishes and distinctive hand-crafted cocktails will be available at the Scottsdale, Chandler and Boise locations.

From January 26 through February 9, guests can enjoy specialty items off the Feast of Fortune menu including Steamed Dumplings, Wonton Soup, Char Siu Pork Tenderloin, Dan Dan Noodles, Crispy Asian Sea Bass and General Ling’s Chicken. Always a happy ending, the featured dessert is the Five Spice Crème Brulee.

Ling & Louie’s is known for their in house expert mixologists pairing handcrafted cocktails with ingredients believed to bring good fortune in the Chinese culture.  Guests will be able to sip on these tasty creations such as the Ginger-Peach Mule, Louie’s Rum Diary, Prosperous Pomelo and the Kung Fu Cosmo.

This limited time menu is an exhilarating showcase of Ling & Louie’s wok cooking abilities in addition to the expertise of the mixologists. Known as the “masters of the wok”, of traditional Asian fusion dishes, guests can experience their Feast of Fortunes menu while including symbolic flavors to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

Before the Chinese New Year celebrations come to an end,  Ling & Louie’s is hosting a Jackson Family Wines pairing dinner featuring select items from their limited time Feast of Fortune menu on January 28th at their Scottsdale location. Guests will be treated to a four-course, family style meal with each course being paired with an acclaimed wine from Jackson Family Wines. $55/person++
