Leading edge retail store at Biltmore Fashion Park to showcase men’s line at MIM Rocks Fashion.

PHOENIX, AZ–One of Phoenix Marketing Associates’ newest clients, Bounty Hunter, has just been selected as one of just three top international brands to showcase sixteen runway looks at “MIM Rocks Fashion”. This popular event, which sold out completely last year, is the kickoff event for Phoenix Fashion Week 2012. Bounty Hunter will be showcasing their American lines for men as conceived by notable stylist, Brian Swan. 

The Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) will be host for the annual “MIM Rocks Fashion” on March 1, 2012. It will be a spring showcase fusing the heart-pounding sights of a high-energy runway production with the transformative sounds of globally-focused music. “MIM Rocks Fashion” will showcase music, art, the evolution of street culture and, most importantly fashions, especially music-influenced trends from around the world.

“As a new men’s and women’s boutique in the Valley, we see this is somewhat of a grand-opening party to introduce our concept to the fashion elite of Phoenix,” says Zak Wagner, owner of Bounty Hunter.

After almost 20 years of defining fashion in their Telluride, CO location, Bounty Hunter opened its second location at the Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix, Arizona. The new store captures all of the warmth of their Telluride location while driving the edgy fashion trends of the Valley through exclusive lines like Zoe Rios, Aeronautica Militare, James Jeans and Post’age Denim. Bounty Hunter provides custom Italian leathers, coats, clothing, fine belts and accessories. Since 1991, Bounty Hunter has been the Telluride destination for exceptional merchandise that suits the discerning tastes of their customers. Now they have brought this concept to Phoenix.

Bounty Hunter will showcase their men’s looks at “MIM Rocks Fashion” on Thursday, March 1st, 2012 starting at 6:00 PM. The evening includes glimpses of trendy fashions as well as classic designer styles presented in an interactive fashion show. The evening concludes with an after-party at Narcisse Champagne and Tea Lounge.

Televised coverage procured in Denver and Phoenix Markets for Chinese New Year Celebration.

This past week, Ling and Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill celebrated New Year’s all over again with their annual push during Chinese New Year with this year marking the festive Year of the Dragon.  Celebrated and managed by PMA in all franchised locations in Scottsdale, Denver, Boise, Anchorage and sister restaurant Thaifoon in Salt Lake City, the franchise offered guests a delicious Feast of Fortune menu featuring more traditional fare. 

Tapped with PR duties for the event on short notice, our firm was able to secure two spots in the Phoenix market and one in Denver in addition to several write ups online covering the festivities from January 20-23rd.

Local Yogurtology franchisees takes cause to heart; provide incentive to community to replace old smoke alarms.

Phoenix, AZ—October 7, 2011— Jim and Mindi Osborn, owners of three Valley Yogurtology locations and long time supporters of the Phoenix Fire Department’s annual smoke alarm walk have announced a program which incentivizes the community to change out their old smoke alarm while catering to sweet tooths everywhere.

This Saturday, October 8th, bring your old smoke detector to the participating Kierland Village Center, Shea Scottsdale Center and Scottsdale Fashion Square locations along with your receipt of a newly purchased smoke alarm and receive a free cup of Yogurtology frozen yogurt.  Offer good at these locations only.

The annual smoke alarm walk has been very close to the hearts of the Osborn’s since 2005 when they tragically lost their son, T.J. in an apartment fire.  The senseless loss was due to the lack of a working smoke alarm in the apartment which also claimed the lives of two other individuals.

The event at the three Yogurtology locations coincides with the Phoenix Fire Department’s efforts this Saturday where uniformed firemen and volunteers will walk door to door through Valley neighborhoods educating residents on the dangers of fire and installing new smoke alarms free of charge.  To date, the collective efforts of the Phoenix Fire Department and the Osborn’s have resulted in nearly 8,000 new smoke alarm installations.

“We’re very grateful to be partnering with the Osborn’s and Yogurtology for this important event–their efforts will truly raise awareness within the community which is key to the success of our annual smoke alarm walk,” explained Captain Lisa Jones of the Phoenix Fire Department.

“We’re honored to have worked with Mayor Gordon’s office and the Phoenix Fire Department for six years now and hope our efforts pay dividends in raising awareness of the importance of replacing old smoke alarms,” explained Jim Osborn.

Restaurant Marketing Video Shot at Ling and Louie’s

Phoenix Marketing Associates’ client, Ling and Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill, an up and coming Asian restaurant franchise, shot a promotional video today aimed at marketing the restaurant to the general public and to potential restaurant franchisees.

Ling and Louie’s is a dynamic brand with a very unique menu featuring a mix of traditional Asian and American cuisine or as some call it, “Asian Fusion.”  Just as unique as the food is the culture and atmosphere of the restaurant chain, appropriately branded “Not for Boring People,” which management sees as being a real point of differentiation when restaurant franchising efforts accelerate in 2011.
